Refund policy

If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, or the order is incomplete, then it has to be informed to us with images within 7 days after the delivery. We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product accordingly. The action, however, will be taken only after correspondence through phone, WhatsApp message, or email.
